At FLCA we use Susan Wise Bauer’s Story of the World curriculum, which lays out the world events of history in a chronological timeline. This year’s focus is on modern history, so we have spent a lot of time studying various wars around the world. FLCA Students are Flying High!
Recently in physics we took off with a study in flight where we learned about a few of the brave people who have taken flying to new heights. The trailblazers in this field are the Wright brothers. Orville and Wilbur worked hard to design a machine that could allow man to fly.
