Our Guiding Principles

 

Know God-Having a personal relationship with Jesus Christ.

John 3:16 For God so loved the world, that He gave His only Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have eternal life.

Never Stop Learning-Seeking to learn in lots of ways and in lots of places, not just at school.

Prov 1:5 Let the wise hear and increase in learning, and the one who understands obtain guidance...

Integrity-Choosing to do the right thing, even when no one is looking.

Prov 10:9 Whoever walks in integrity walks securely, he who makes his ways crooked will be found out. (ESV)

Goals-Deciding what I want to accomplish, planning how to do it, and working to achieve it.

Prov 16:3 Commit your work to the Lord, and your plans will be established.

Honor-To obey with a good attitude and give respect to those God places in authority over me.

Romans 12:10 Be devoted to one another in love. Honor one another above yourselves.

Teamwork - Working together to solve problems and achieve goals.

Ecclesiastes 4:9-10a Two are better than one, because they have a good return for their labor. If either of them falls down one can help the other up.

Service- Using my unique gifts and talents to meet the needs of others.

1 Peter 4:10 As each has received a gift, use it to serve one another, as good stewards of God's varied grace.
